Honor 10 launched at Rs 32,999 in India on Flipkart

Honor introduced its latest flagship smartphone, the Honor 10 for global markets, including India, at an event held in London. The device was launched in the 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage variant for a price of Rs 32,999. The device will be available online exclusively via Flipkart. The Honor 10 will be released in India on May 23 and pre-bookings for the same have already begun. It will be available in Midnight Black and Phantom Blue colour variants.

The e-commerce portal also has various launch offers. Flipkart is offering 10 percent instant discount on the device for Axis Bank credit and debit card customers. However, the instant discount has been capped at Rs.3,000 per card. Axis Bank Buzz credit card customers can also avail an additional 5 percent off on the smartphone. However, the maximum discount is capped at Rs.200 respectively. Customers can also opt for an exchange and get up to Rs 5,000 off over the exchange value on select devices.

Just like Huawei P20, Honor 10 has an all-glass body and iridescent finish. The phone sports a 5.84-inch 1080p LCD screen with a 2280×1080 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is powered by the company’s HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC and is offered in one variant 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. It has a notch and a front-mounted fingerprint sensor to give it edge-to-edge sleek look.

Running Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with EMUI 8.1 on top, it has 24-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 24-megapixel selfie camera that supports face unlock feature. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and 4G VoLTE. A 3400mAh battery completes the package and also features Honor’s Fast Charge technology.
